I have experience editing a variety of different academic publications, texts, medical documentation and books, as well as commercial and marketing texts, web content, and technical documentation. 

My preference is to work in Microsoft Word using the track changes function to document the editing procedure. This makes it easy for you to read and adopt any comments I make as well as accept or decline the changes in your text.

Although every text is different, I generally check the grammar, spelling, punctuation, structure and flow of the work.

The things that I need to know:

  • Do you have a deadline or a word count?
  • Should your work be in British or American English?
